1. Business Development Manager – AGL

Job Description

  • Responsible for  managing our existing Customer Database and ensure its expansion in the area and accordingly grow the company revenue in assigned territory by capitalizing on company reputation, existing network infrastructure, and client databases within the assigned area.
  • Should possess good  knowledge in the  field of airport systems whether it is airport systems, Air traffic management and  Airside systems (communication, navigation and surveillance, airfield lighting) with past experience with Civil and Military authorities in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and GCC.

2. Project Manager – Airside Systems(AGL)

Job Description

  •  Managing the AGL and Electrical/MEP projects and leading a team of AGL, Electrical and System Engineers and construction/site managers.
  • Interaction with the client, general contractor and related stakeholders.
  • Design Review of AGL project packages
  • Review of Tender documents and conduct project negotiation meetings with the Contractors/suppliers
  • Supervision/guidance and Review of material submittals, Method statements, design/shop drawings and all related technical documents to be prepared and submitted for approvals.
  • Site supervision of daily AGL works and participation with the contractor in all site fields activities including Installation, progress monitoring, Testing & commissioning till the handing over of all systems.
  • Conduct/attend weekly progress and workshop meetings as necessary.
  • Daily/weekly reporting to the management and the client.
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
  • Responsible for the assembling and forming the project staff/team; for their technical or functional development, performance monitoring, and release/relocation during projects.
  • Manages project budget and resource allocation. Facilitates the definition of project management plan and customer requirements.
  • Interacts regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients’ needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
  • Follows a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
  • Presents oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

3. Project Manager (IT/Special Systems)

Job Description:

  • Lead planning and implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases.
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
  • Responsibility for assembling and forming the project staff/team; for their technical or functional development, performance monitoring, and release/relocation during projects.
